6. Update drill bits and drill rods

When it is necessary to update the drill bit or drill pipe, pause the drilling process, lift the remaining drill pipe from the wellbore, remove the old drill bit and drill pipe, and then connect the new drill bit or drill pipe.

7. Complete drilling

When the drilling depth reaches the required level, stop the downhole drilling rig and release the drill pipe. Check for water or other substances inside the wellbore to ensure its integrity.
